2. Definitions

  • "User" refers to anyone who uses the Services.
  • "Content" means all materials such as apps, games, text, images, and data provided within the Services.
  • "Paid Content" refers to in-app purchases or other paid items.

3. Provision of Services

The Company may provide:

  • Mobile applications and games
  • Cloud-based services

  • Advertisement-based content

Service content may change due to updates or operational needs.

4. User Obligations

Users must not:

  • Exploit or misuse the Services
  • Attempt hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access

5. In-App Purchases & Refunds

  • Purchases follow the policy of the respective app store (Google Play, App Store).
  • Refunds for billing errors or unauthorized purchases follow each store's rules.
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for refund.
